The Slums is an impoverished neighborhood in Anima City. The area has poor infrastructure, unsanitary water, squalid living conditions, and high crime. It is also the home of the Bears Baseball Team.

Many of the residents lack faith in Ginrou. Recently, some residents attempted to burn Jackie at the stake before being stopped by Boris Cliff and Death Rube of the Silver Wolf Order. The religious faction quelled the commotion and took up residence here. Makeshift tents were set up to create a small community for the cult.
